sent off my old phone to be sold, and heard nothing back from quick fix mobile, even when my order showed as received with the new revised quote, I was not sent an email or contacted to let me know. On the tracking page I was not able to accept or reject the offer, so had to wait the 14 days to automatically accept the offer. Again, wasn’t contacted to say that the payment value was finalised/quote going ahead, or when the payment was made.
Was all a bit of a guessing game really and didn’t feel in control of my order.
