When I purchased the phone I did read the 5 to 7 working day deliver however I did take notice of the ;we do try to send sooner; statement. I did contact the supplier stating I require the mobile for medical purposes but I received an email back reiterating company policy. I did not receive my phone up to the 7 day so I asked for a refund and was answered by another email stating I was now on a priority customer. I received the phone 2 days later. I am also concerned about the impossible task of tracking the phone.
