Sent my phone back at the end of August it’s now getting to the end of September and I have still not received my payment.
I understand from speaking to an adviser a few weeks back there were delays and she advised I should have had payment by the second week of September. Since then I have sent a couple of emails all of which bounce back and I can not get through on the phone, I also asked someone else to try getting through for me and they had the same issue.
My order status on line has been showing payment processed for quite a while and yet no funds have reached my account.
Very disappointing as my partner had previously sent phones back and never experienced any issues like this.
