The quality of the phones is superb!
This company needs to focus on:
Customer Service - have someone answering the phones and don’t cut callers off when they are finally 1st in the queue
ETA - my phone arrived beyond the promised 10 days - an email to update me would have been much appreciated
This company is totally solid and I vowe that your order will arrive.
If it wasn’t for the negative customer service I would have rated top mark!
