I can not stress this enough!!!! do not place business with this joke of a company! they sent 2 phones one damaged, asked me to place a replacement order and they would refund the first.. it took over 4 months and a court case to get my money back. they are full of lies and deceit and should not be trusted. a shameful organisation! not to mention any names but no one tells the truth and it was not until I took them to court that they actually responded, each month that went by they deferred my refund and offered more poor excuses on what was actually a contradiction to their own terms and conditions. and before they respond this was not our fault, they sent a damaged phone, did not refund the faulty one and hid behind their processes- which I believe are ... they have no retained earnings and a robing peter to pay paying paul. stay away and place your business elsewhere!!!!
