This is a very bad service, I put an order for an iPhone and did not receive any feedback for dispatch even after 2 weeks. They argue for a policy of 10 working days at the maximum for any delay. They couldn't give any reason why my order was ignored. They don't have any systematic process to follow the orders of the customers so by the nebd you need to wait endlessly unless you call. I waited 35 minutes on the line que until someone answered me. When I asked for a refund they said it takes 14 working days to refund. This means locking the payment for more than 6 weeks before it is released back to the customer. I don't recommend them to anyone.
