Absolutely dreadful company! Avoid at all costs! Bought a phone which never arrived. Once I took a look at the online reviews I could see they got a LOT of bad reviews and knew I had made a mistake. After over two weeks I gave up and got a phone elsewhere which arrived in a couple of days. I have been trying to get a refund from these guys for over a month. Every email is signed by a different person who gives a different stalling excuse and promises that someone will call you or do something but nothing ever happens. I guess they will carry on as long as there are enough fools like me who will send them money without checking online reviews first. Don't make the same mistake I did.
