Bought a mobile for my daughter, paying for if though their associates DivideBuy. The mobile did not arrive within the time adviced and I kept getting excuses for more than a week after the date it was supposed to arrive, so I cancelled the order. For that i waited for 45 min on the phone and sent several emails. After several days I got an email saying that the order was cancelled and they would issue a refund within 14 days. 3 weeks later i found out that Divide Buy not only did not send a refund but charged me a second instalment for the mobile that I of course don't have. When I phoned them they said that have not heard anything about a cancellation from Quick Mobile Fix hence kept charging for the cancelled phone. Wrote two emails to Quick Mobile Fix but have not received any response and spent 42 min on the phone without being answered. Worst experience ever.
