Ordered a refurbished IPhone 7. Non-delivery within 7 working days. Chased them up. Still no delivery after 10 working days. Cancelled order. No refund received within 14 working days. Chased them up. Still no refund after 16 working days of cancelling order. Avoid this company at all costs. Phone was ordered and paid for by a charity. I don't personally believe that they have the phones in stock they are letting people purchase through the website and then they withhold refunds as long as they can with no regard for the customer. Trading standards will be informed.
