As having worked in customer service my entire career and currently having my own customer focussed business presently I feel that I am more than qualified to pass judgement on this company Quick mobile fix. I genuinely hope this review will prevent someone experiencing some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered a mobile phone for my teenage daughter the order informed me the order will be dispatched within a few days, as I write this still no product some 3 weeks later, the list of excuses is unbelievingly poor, I wonder if this company actually has the stock it advertises or merely takes the money and then tries to source it, my hope is companies like amazon will shut these clowns down sooner rather than later, please, please don’t purchase anything from these people you will regret it!
