This company doesn't even deserve a 0 rating. I ordered in mid June received a faulty phone sent it back 2days later took ages to fix only to let me know on the 19th July a replacement will be sent out which will take another 7-10days. Apparently this is for a rigorous testing process. So why did i receive an iphone x with a faulty charging port that was supposedly tested rigorously only to be told it may have been damaged in transit. They didn't even have the decency to expedite my replacement. Absolute rubbish customer service, i would strongly recommend never to purchase from this company. Purchase from envirophone or musicmagpie 10-20£ more dearer but you will have a fully working order mobile phone within 3days. PS quickmobilefix policy of repairs 24-48hours is absolute non-sense because it will take 5-7days for them to receive your phone to repair plus 7-10days testing. Why are these refurbished phones advertised before being rigorously or fully tested. I'm sorry it is absolute non-sense of a company policy procedure.
