i ordered an Iphone 7 on the 19th July, after getting an email confirming that it will take 7 days to deliver . I was like OK , this might take time but i will wait . With concern i called customer service twice , they assured me that it will be dispatched Monday or Tuesday. I emailed customer service all i get is automated emails and the response i got from customer service that my phone will be dispatched by early next week because of quality control issues . which i do not believe them at ALL! i shouldn't be calling or emailing them at all for updates about my phone .
