I purchased my phone on the 26/7/19 its now the 13/08/19 and i still haven't received my phone, Ive sent numerous emails through out the week, they responded to the first couple saying sorry for the delay its still going through some testing, and again that i am on the priority list to it being sent out this week, that email was sent out last week and it was never dispatched, on their website it says they will email you to keep you updated but it seems like i have to ask for updates rather than them email me to begin with. The previous 3 emails i have sent haven't been to replied to yet. Its beyond a joke, Ive only just got my self a cheap temporary phone yesterday but as of then i was contactable which doesn't do me any favors when i need to get in touch with my work, family or friends.
