Placed my order thinking the phone would be shipped the next day as the website showed it as in stock. After a week and still no email to say it shipped I decided to cancel the order as it was for my daughters birthday and I didn't want her losing out, so I decided to get a brand new phone on a second line from my current provider.
I called to cancel the order but was on hold in a que for an hour yet my number in the que never changed during this time. I had to email to cancel my order. Then the phone got shipped to me anyway after I had cancelled the order, so I refused delivery and the courier returned the phone to sender. Then get told it takes 14 working days to get my deposit refund when the money was taken from my account 1 min after I entered my details. I don't see why it is dragged out for so long.
