my daughter bought an Iphone 7 plus on 28th June 19 costing £289.99. A (faulty) phone was eventually was delivered a month later and because it was not working correctly it was returned straight away. We then had an email saying that it had been received by Quick Mobile Fix on the 23rd July The next communication was an email on the 31st July to say that it had been processed for a replacement, we are STILL WAITING for that replacement!! Emails have been sent and not replied to, either return our money or send a working phone! Almost 2 months is not acceptable.
