After making to calls to your customer services number I waited over 50 minutes on each call for a advisor to answer to chase up my free gift which I offered as I had out a review on trust pilot I gave my first review which was a very good one and now after chasing up my free gift they did confirm this so I made 2 calls and in total it was approximately just under 2 hours on both calls before a advisor answered my call , I was informed that the gift I requested could not be guaranteed in a choice of colour and I also made contact via email and still no response, now I would give a 4 out of 10 for customer service for this company
