Initially I complained because they made no contact within the stated time period,I was out of order because I had not taken the weekend and Bank Holiday into account.Replies to my e mails were within the 24 hour timescale. The phone was despatched and received in the stated timescale. The phone described as good had no scratches and a perfect screen with excellent battery condition .I checked it out on the Apple data base and it was a genuine clean phone and updated to the latest software when connected to i tunes.
