Awful company to deal with, sent my phone off for repair to fix its cracked screen, no update to say been delivered (had to contact the delivery company for confirmation) then when i do email, contact number listed refers you back to their online chat that does not work, hardly get a decent reply let alone a email back.
Its got to the point now that I've gone to the financial ombudsman to investigate them and where my phone is. I feel sorry for people that have parted with 100s of pounds to purchase phones.
