I have had two sets of contact with QMF. First I purchased an iPad earlier this year. Although the product took a long time arriving as it was in fact out of stock when placed my order, QMF did upgrade my product to compensate and were quite efficient when dealing with the problem so overall I was satisfied and will use them again. The second time I made an enquiry recently about a new iPhone purchase. The reply was quick and helpful so I shall go ahead and make the purchase in the near future. My only reservation is that there is a long delivery time of 7-10 working days. That's a long time to wait for a new phone!
