I ordered and paid over £500 for two i-phones on 15th Oct. I expected them within 14 days as advertised. I needed them to take abroad with me on 14th Nov. By this date they were still prevaricating about the delivery date so I cancelled the order and bought the phones elsewhere. On 14th November they told me I would get a refund within 14 days. I am still waiting for my refund and reminding them regularly through customer support, but they are now stonewalling me. Not sure I'm going to get my £500 back without recourse to law. I really don't need this hassle.
