Excellent quality service and product. Fast and efficient delivery and phone exactly as described - pristine. QMF lost 1 star because it was sent without a charger adapter and without any explanation. When I phoned they explained they were out of stock so agreed to give me a credit which I was happy with, so I bought another adapter from elsewhere. After buying this, QMF sent me the adapter as well rather than giving me the agreed credit meaning I had an extra adapter that I didn't need. Not a massive problem (they always come in handy) but a bit inconvenient.
