Terrible. Avoid this company like the plague, unreliable, unprofessional, evasive, will sell you phones they don't have, send out incomplete items, don't reply to emails, don't keep promises on refunds for missing/undelivered items, just awful. Ordered two iPhone bundles (phone, charger, headphones) at end of November, as Christmas presents. Still not delivered mid-December, so emailed to ask where they were. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Eventually one iPhone arrived, minus the headphones, but still no second one. Then had an email, over a week after my 1st one, apologising for not replying sooner but promising to "investigate" missing headphones and iPhone. This went on. Eventually a few days before Christmas, admitted they didn't have stock of the second iPhone but offering me a different colour one instead - pink for a 14 year old boy! Said no and asked for refund of second iPhone bundle and headphones, had to find alternative stockist a few days before Christmas. Refund was promised "within 14 days". Mid-January came and went and no refund. Same story as before with emails being ignored, until a week or so after the refund was due and said they'd send me the refund by end of Jan. Concluded they were clearly playing for time and that I'd be getting the same runaround at the end of January as well so I got refund by going direct to my credit card company instead and making a section 75 claim. Avoid.
