The refurbished iPhone X that i received was faulty, due to an incorrect refurbishment.
Apple were able to identify the problems at the apple store in regent street, London and I returned the phone to QuickMobileFix within a week. I asked for a phone (as advertised to be sent to me, as per the purchase agreement), or a refund in full.
QuickMobileFix acknowledged receipt of my phone, 30 Jan 2020. I have written to them four times since without an answer in the subsequent 4 weeks.
I will have no choice but to take the matter to the ombudsman.
