Please dont part with your hard earned cash with this company. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. They take months to reply and it seems like they are operating the site with infants as they send you blank replies. They never seem to answer the questions you put forward but rather fob you off with totally irrelevant replies. It's like talking to a kid who doesn't understand english. They advertise poor condition phones as grade A, never trust their description. They send out faulty phones and take ages to deliver. I wish I could give zero stars. This company should be barred from trading. Please stick to reputable companies such as music magpie which provide better customer support and advertise phones with true descriptions. I'm saying this from past experience as I've purchased 2 handsets in the past from music magpie described as good condition and to my surprise one handset was absolutely mint condition and would have passed as an excellent condition phone.
