Ordered a phone on 15 Jan 2020 (£309.99), two weeks later - no phone, no updates. Finally someone responded that the phone will be shipped in a week which is absolutely not what they advertised. At that point I requested to cancel the order and they informed me the refund will be processed within 14 working days. No refund on the 14th working day which falls on 14th Feb, no updates. After emailing them again they informed me there were delays in accounting processes and my refund will be processed on 28th Feb - another two weeks to wait! Today is 3rd March and I have NOT received my refund. There is no customer service line and the chat on the website does not work.There is a whole FB page dedicated for customers issues with this company, so please do your research!
