Literally the worst company I've dealt with in 20+ years. Not evil, just incredibly, painfully bad. Refused to give me an update on my order, constantly telling me it my order was still within their 14 day limit (which isn't advised of at all until you have completed purchase and equally, so what? Can I not be told where it is?), then when that finally came and went I was told there were issues in the "quality control department" and it would be a further week at least with no guarantee. For a phone advertised on their site as in stock! After requesting a cancel/refund 3 times I was told it would be a further 14 days for that AND it turned out they had charged me twice originally and that would have to be dealt with as a separate refund which I would get within a further 14 days. Honestly there are 100's of company's doing what they do and vastly better. Don't waste your money, go literally anywhere else instead.
