Absolutely shocking company and I intend to take legal advice with regards to this purchase. I was sold a device with a faulty camera and sent it back for repair in exactly the same packaging that they sent it to me in, using the carrier they sent me a label for. They did not inform me for another 7 days that the camera had supposedly arrived with the glass shattered and the warranty was now voided. I immediately smelt a rat and this became evident when they performed some quality control to find that the camera was indeed faulty but I would have to pay £200 to fix the camera and £70 to fix the glass. I was gobsmacked, but then they told me the damage could not have happened in transit so were in fact accusing me of causing the damage and sending the camera back to them.
The method of communication this company uses is totally inadequate, ie , no phone number , on line chat that is very rarely available and they don’t answer emails. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I am currently in talks with my credit card company to have my money reimbursed and I will be talking to my solicitor when I return home as away at the moment.
I should have looked at the on line reviews before I used this company as they are generally very, very negative. This company needs to be brought to task and as their attitude is totally out of order.
I will also be submitting this review on online review platforms and other sites.
