Ordered phone on April 7. No sign. Emails back and forth, often with what I felt was a generic response which didn't address my queries. Received email on April 24 stating they had a phone available but in a different colour, available for immediate dispatch. I accepted the offer, expecting it to be dispatched immediately! No sign. More emails back and forth. Coronavirus was then blamed for the situation (which I fully understand is having a significant impact on most businesses) however I'm inclined to think this was an excuse. I asked if they actually had the model I wanted in stock - no reply to this. Have ordered a phone elsewhere this morn and have cancelled this one. Hope to receive full refund within their specified timescale of up to 14 working days. Very disappointed.
