I ordered my iPhone on 18th April. The money was taken on 20th April. No phone had been delivered. No answer from their customer services, but every day a repeat email saying they don’t have the iPhone in the colour I ordered, so would I except another colour? I have now said ‘Yes’ eight times.... still nothing. It’s clear that they are advertising phones they don’t have. I paid by credit card. Can I get my money back? This company is the worst kind of joke....
