I needed a new phone during lockdown whilst shielding for medical reasons. They were advertising on their website that they were ‘keeping people connected during COVID-19’ so I trusted they had measured in place for delivery. Their website offers free delivery, but states it can take between 5-10 working days. I placed and order for a refurbished iPhone 7 on 25/04/2020 for £147.99. When the phone hadn’t arrived 10 working days later I contacted them. The sent copied and pasted responses say that due to the pandemic they had delays and my order would be dispatched ‘soon’. I waited a few more days and the phone didn’t arrive. I contacted them and asked for a fixed date for delivery which they couldn’t give. I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Their website states refunds will take up to 14 working days, but never arrived. They now say it will be processed in July - 3 months after the order. Seriously bad service and I’d personally advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider. I feel like I’ve been scammed and robbed at a time my family are suffering financially during lockdown.
