This is truly the worst online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered my phone in March after a month of waiting nothing arrive so I cancelled it. I was repeatedly told that my refund has been processed and that it would take 14 days then suddenly it was going to take a month after waiting and waiting I contacted them again on the date they gave me was told it would take another 14 days was told it would take another seven days was told it would take another 14 days and still no money! An absolute disgrace of a company. They are total fraudsters! Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not buy from them!
