Re: ID300842 Bryan Returned phone for refunded end of May. Had conformation e-mail it had been received and I would be refunded within 2 weeks. Come end of June e-mail stated refund had been passed to accounts. Now 7th July and despite many requests still no refund. Quick mobile fix has sat on my £499.00 refund for 6 weeks now and still no refund ,only Broken promises Update. After my e-mail received another e-mail repeating it been passed to their accounts and again quoting another 24 to 48 WORKING hours delay. Maybe it’s time to contact my credit card. Been waiting and fobbed of since 28 May 2020
