The whole process of buying a mobile phone from Quick mobile fix has been terrible. Paid £279.99 for an allegedly excellent condition iPhone 8, only for it to arrive faulty and not work (neither could connect to network and faulty on/off switch). I therefore notified QMF and requested a refund as was concerned re. having two faults with so much money paid. I kept receiving what appeared to be copy and paste emails about my phone being repaired and I kept replying that it was my right and choice to have a full refund. 11 weeks (!!!) after ordering the phone and paying the money, they still did not refund me. Kept having conflicting and repeated emails about the phone repair being complex and needing senior technicians, will take 5 more days etc. I continued to email and request my money explaining I would be contacting trading standards etc. Still they either do not respond or send an email a week or two later again talking about fixing the fault. In the end I contacted my bank (Halifax) who were amazing. I paid with my bank card and they said that the company were clearly in breach of their contract/customer service policy. My bank refunded me my money straight away and said that they would then retract the money from QMF. I've since spoken with others who have also had similar terrible experiences. Don't buy from them!!
