Very long delay in crediting my account, was not made aware of this as I would have gone elsewhere. Due to the nature of your loans some people may be waiting desperately for this cash so you should make people aware when there are LONG delays, so far have waited 6 hours instead of the 10 minutes advertised. And worse than the above I have contacted both helpline and online chat and on both occasions got standard scripted replies, a bit of advice to help your wage bill.....if you are not going to allow them to interact as humans do not bother employing humans!!!!!! I could have got the exact same response from an automated email or recorded message.
