Fantastic service which I have used multiple times in emergencies. I had been issued an email saying that my account was in default because my final payment had not gone through. I was confused, as my bank account had more than enough money to fund my loan repayment. I spoke to a very helpful representative (Tanisha) who informed me that my card details had not been updated after I received my new bank card and that provided I could pay the (now late) loan repayment today she would remove the surplus charges. Despite this being MY error and not QuickQuid's, she did indeed process everything immediately, removed the excess charges and informed me that my account was now repaid in full. I would not have been surprised if QuickQuid still charged me an excess, because my payment was indeed two days late, through no fault of the company itself, so I am incredibly grateful of the understanding I was shown; many companies would not ever think of doing this for a customer. Thank you!
