You try to make it as difficult as possible to pay off your debt early. This mean you create more revenue as it just delays my opportunity to pay of my loans. cant pay by direct debit if you have a payment pending which is every day as there is always a payment due. cant pay by a credit card even tho my credit card zero % interest. Its an absolute joke. would NEVER use you again, you are very misleading and horrible service.
definitely the worst experience I have ever had, and I hope you cease trading soon.
