I am currently experiencing severe financial difficulties and contacted QQ this morning to try and discuss a repayment plan. After receiving sympathy and "what can I do for you today to help" from the QQ rep, I explained our situation fully. After being told they would do whatever they can, the conversation ended with me being told I would need to contact the collections dept on my due date - after the payment has been taken out!! This completely defeats the object of trying to enter into a repayment plan that is suitable for us both. Very disheartened and disappointed with this "help". Am now at a loss what to do. I already explained the payment wouldn't go out as the funds quite simply won't be there and I will enter into default after already trying to discuss a suitable plan.
