I am a perspective customer and had a relatively simple question about the costs incurred if I fail to make a scheduled payment for whatever reason when using your FlexCredit product. I obviously don't plan to but would like to have all the information upfront before choosing to apply. The live chat agent (Julian) advised me that he was only able to answer general queries about the FlexCredit product. I would consider the cost of the product to be a relatively general question but asked if it would be possible to speak to someone who was able to provide the information requested. Alas, no. I try not to believe the hype surrounding payday lenders and would prefer to judge for myself. Unfortunately in this case it seems that an unwillingness to share the true implications if things go awry is not entirely a myth.
