I am absolutely disgusted with my most recent transactions with QQ. My first experience with them was nothing less of perfect so I had no qualms contacting them when I needed help again. After my most recent experience I will never deal with them again. I requested for the money to be taken out of my account on the last day of the month as this is when I am payed. Well QQ took it upon themselves to change the date of my payments and attempted to take the money out before hand. 3 months later I am sent an email telling me my account will be sold to a 3rd party credit collector. The issue? The date the email requested the money to be transferred was over a month after the email was sent and mail I should have received was never received at my address. This feels like a purposeful mistake to take more money and interest from their clients.
