Do not expect to receive any semblance of customer service from this company's resolution / complaints teams. They have failed to update my personal details on my account with them after 4 requests (just submitted a 5th) and they are as bold as brass when it comes to handling their customers. I appreciate what they offer may seem beneficial at the time, I've been there myself, but in the long run it will spell nothing but trouble for you.
