Your system does not accept my debit card for one reason or another. I suspect it's because you do not allow me to select my exact address after inputting my postcode. You only ask for the postcode. this is stupid as I live in a block of flats and any number of the addresses that match could be the address.
on another note charging me £19.68 for 3 days of processing time is ridiculous. this is clearly because you have an inefficient payment processing system. why should I as your customer who has been paying you interest rate for an extended period of time be penalised with it. if you want to retain customers please make yourselves efficient.
