I have bought a total of 5 carports from Quictent. The quality is excellent, as is the relative ease in putting them up. Although it is possible to assemble them by yourself - I have done 2 this way - it is tricky. Getting a friend to do it with you is the sensible way to proceed. But what has really made me a fan of Quictent is Cicely, at Customer Support. We have only communicated by email so I know nothing about her. But, she has offered extraordinary customer service. She responds within 24 hours with great politeness and sensitivity. She is clear, she is efficient, she is competent. I have no idea how big this company is or whether there are other customer support people. But Cicely has sold me on this company.
