I've been very happy with my experience with Quictent products and their excellent customer support. I've had a 10' x 20' heavy duty car port for 2 years now. The structure has lasted, and any problems I did have (some of the canvas ripped) were quickly made right under warranty with no charge to me. Further, even when parts required replacement out of warranty, the replacements were very reasonably priced. Great structure, and for sure I'll purchase from Quictent again the next time I need something they offer.
