I use my Quictent for my smoking area outside. My tent is up all year round except in high winds. It is very durable. Now I accidentally ripped the top, not being careful putting it back up after a very windy few days. Quictent had my replacement top to me in less than a week! The one critism I have is the velcro is pretty light duty. They don't last when you use them often. I am talking about the side walls. I emailed Quictent and I should be receiving them today or tomorrow. I emailed them 4 days ago. I have been dealing with Jasmine for both issues and she has been fantastic!
