I have had one of the quictent popup screen tents for several years, and we enjoyed it each summer. We live in northern Maine near the big woods where the biting insects in summer can make sitting outside unbearable at times. That screen tent and canopy became our outdoor room, transformed our yard into a peaceful place to be and observe wildlife. Last fall, a really terrible windstorm came through before we could get tent put away and damaged our frame, to point it could no longer function. This was no fault of the tent quality, just a freak natural event. And well past a warranty. But we hated having to buy a new one and waste our undamaged canopy. I emailed the folks at Quicktent, sent a couple pictures of the result asking if there was any way I could buy the parts and Green got back to me right away, and offered to sell me the part separately for a good price. Then, when I had some trouble setting up a PayPal account, they helped me solve that problem also and get it ordered. This took a number of emails back and forth, but they were there for me every step of the way. I got the frame part just as promised and I could not be happier. Our summer is rescued. These folks care about you. Whenever I do need a new screen tent or any similar product I will most certainly give them my business.
