I don’t usually write reviews but I have to express my gratitude to the help I have been receiving from my Customer Care Rep., Yummy. I live in New England and the weather here is very erratic to say the least. While on vacation a random micro burst thunderstorm came through and left multiple tears on the top canopy of our tent. I called up for advice on how to replace it and she looked up my sales purchase and notice that I was just outside of the warranty. She went out of her way to contact the facility to see if anything could be done and later informed me it would be covered. Just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service.
