I purchased one raised garden with green house. I received it within a week. The assembly was easy and product well made. I was so pleased I purchased three more but this time one box got mangled during shipping and the connectors for green house , gloves and tags were missing. I contacted the company by email in the afternoon the next day I received a response by email from customer service rep Milka, was very pleasant to deal with and handled my request promptly and to my satisfaction.. Milka even followed up by giving me updates when it shipped, provided tracking number and followed up when I received parts ensuring I received them as requested..
