There was a quality control issue with the 4season tent. after sending photos of the paper-thin fabric quality from the day of opening the package and the structure that was difficult for two people to push up. Green took care of the issues and the matter was quickly resolved. Constant and timely feedback with tracking was always appreciated. They listened to every concern. This company has provided feedback above and went beyond expectations. Never had a company go to this length to please a customer. Thank you so very much!
