During a heavy wind storm four of my poles were heavily damaged. I located an email address on the Quictent website in hopes of purchasing replacement poles. I knew that the warranty would not cover it due to the bad wind storm. Mandy quickly replied and advised me that though warranty would not replace the poles, since only four new ones were needed they would be sent free of charge. The customer service of this company is top notch!! The package was on it's way within days and not long after had everything replaced and as good as new. I appreciate Mandy's superior customer service and communication during this process. Great company!!.
