So let me describe Quictent in one word, AMAZING! In July of 2021 we purchased a Quictent from Amazon to place our boat under when not in use. During our winter months we removed the tent top but left the pole framing up in place. We'll unfortunately while plowing some snow we accidentally hit the framing and damaged it and a few of our poles needed replacing. So this Spring we were ready to set up our tent again and I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing replacement poles. We spoke with Ivy and she asked for our order number, even though it was not purchased from the company directly and we are the ones who damaged the poles our broken poles were replaced by this company at NO cost to us, see AMAZING!
